City of Dowagiac issued the following announcement on Aug 5.
What a NIGHT!!! The Dowagiac Police Department is so THANKFUL to so many people/organizations that support us!
Special Thanks to Trues Towing, Pokagon Tribal Police, Michigan State Police Post 53, Sheriff Behnke/Deputy Tim Gondeck & K9 Baxter, Dowagiac City Councilman Pat Bakeman, Miss Michele & Co Dance Team, Cass Co Prosecutor Fitz, Cass Co Veteran Services Karee Krouse and our very own Dowagiac Fire Dept.
65 kids were fingerprinted and went home with new Backpacks! We are already planning for 2022 National Night Out to be even BIGGER!
