City of Iron Mountain issued the following announcement on Sept 22.
The City of Iron Mountain will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the changing of the current easement area the Department of Natural Resources holds for the snowmobile trial in the plat of Rosenheimer’s First Addition to the City of Iron Mountain. The amendment would remove the ORV trail traffic off of Milwaukee Avenue and Lehman Avenue and utilize the old railroad grade. The hearing will be held on Monday, October 4, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 501 S. Stephenson Avenue, Iron Mountain, MI.
