On Monday, March 24, former Escanaba Area Public High School standout Nicole Kamin’s current collegiate team the Grand Valley State Lakers won 60-32 against the Gannon Golden Knights in the NCAA Division II Basketball Championship Tournament.

Hosted in UPMC Cooper Fieldhouse, this was the first game against the Gannon Golden Knights during the championship.

Nicole Kamin’s hometown is Escanaba and game position is guard.
