East Washington Street between Front Street and Lakeshore Boulevard, as well as Lakeshore Boulevard between Washington Street and Main Street—including the intersections—will be closed from approximately 3:30 p.m. to 3:45 p.m. for the start of the Trick or Trot event.

Lakeshore Boulevard will also be closed between Spring Street and Baraga Avenue from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. for the finish of the Trick or Trot.

Additionally, West Washington Street will be closed between Fourth Street and Third Street, including the intersection of Washington Street and Third Street, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for the Downtown Development Authority’s trick-or-treating event. The “Social District” will not operate during this closure period.

Motorists are advised to use caution when traveling in these areas.
