The City of Bessemer is looking to sell excess residential property. The land price is $100 to adjourning landowners and $1 for anyone looking to build within a year. Please send a
check to 411 S Sophie with your plans for the lot the lot you are interested in purchasing by December 3rd, at 11:00 AM when the letters will be opening. Please mark the envelope
LAND PURCHASE
First priority goes to those who intend to build on the property within a year. If multiple people are interested in the same lot, we will accept bids or the two interested parties can
