Vienna Charted Township issued the following announcement on Nov. 24.
The Township of Vienna will hold a public needs hearing on the use of its 2022 - 2024 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds at a Special Meeting on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 9:30 a.m.
The purpose of the hearing is to offer an opportunity for citizens to express their ideas on community needs and project proposals concerning the use of Federal CDBG funds for 2022 - 2024 Program Years. The hearing will also provide an opportunity for citizens to comment on past CDBG projects.
The meeting will be held remotely via Zoom. The public may join the meeting virtually by following the link below.

In order to speak by telephone, please sign up no later than December 1, 2020 at 9:30AM by doing the following:
Call 810-564-7077;
Leave name, spelling of name, address and telephone number on voicemail;
Each participant will be called to join the meeting to speak;
Staff will call the speaker during the public comment portion of the meeting and they will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak. At the end of three (3) minutes, the line will be disconnected.
After the telephonic speakers are finished, emailed public comments will be read by staff.
Vienna Township will furnish reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals that require them upon 48 hours-notice.
