There was one transportation company license issued by the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) in Alpena County during December 2020, an increase over the previous month, according to data provided by the department.

No transportation company licenses were issued in Alpena County during November.

LARA is composed of several agencies, bureaus and commissions that influence business growth and job creation through regulation.
