NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Iron Mountain will be holding a Public Hearing regarding the consideration of a Commercial Rehabilitation Exemption Certificate (CREC), pursuant to P.A. 210 of 2005, for IMT Lodging LLC. The CREC qualifies the applicant for tax abatement on the cost of developing the property at 200 S. Stephenson Avenue for a period of up to ten years. The hearing will be held on October 18, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at the Iron Mountain City Hall located at 501 S. Stephenson Ave., Iron Mountain, Michigan 49801.
