CRYSTALLA SKI HILL RECRUITING TOW OPERATORS FOR THE 2022 SEASON
Ski Hill Operating Hours: (Opening Date 1/1/22 or when snow is adequate)
Friday: 5:00 - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 1:00 - 9:00 PM
Sunday: 1:00 - 5:00 PM
Crystella Recreational Association, INC ("CRA") is a Michigan nonprofit corporation which was formed in 2011 to take over the operations of the ski area at Crystella Ski Hill location in Crystal Falls, MI. The ski area consists of two slopes serviced by two tow ropes. Other recreational amenities include an ice rink and several miles of trails which are used for hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing by the community, including Forest Park School and another recreation-focused non-profit for after school snowshoeing clinics, the hill is also a popular sledding destination. The tow operator is responsible for safely conducting operations of the big and little tow ropes to provide a safe and responsible ski hill experience. Salary is $14.25 per hour. Must have a commitment for the entire ski season (January 1 - April 1). CPR/First Aid and tow operator training to be scheduled prior to the start of the ski season.
