Breitung Township School District recently issued the following announcement.
Greetings Families, Students, Staff, and BTS Community:
The “Breitung Township Schools ESSER III Funding Stakeholder Input Survey” has been emailed out to students, staff, and families via our school messaging program. A link for this survey can also be found below. The reason for this survey is:
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the United States Department of Education has released three grants for which local education agencies (K-12) can apply. These ESSER grants will provide school districts with emergency relief funds to address the impact COVID-19 has had on elementary and secondary schools.
Breitung Township Schools is seeking feedback from all district and community stakeholders to help determine how the district should best utilize Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief Funds (ESSER) to address unfinished learning, ongoing COVID-19 recovery, and Federal Program grant funds. Please take time to let us know your opinion by completing the brief survey.
The survey will remain open until 5pm, Monday, November 15th. Participation in this survey is voluntary. If you have questions about the survey, please contact the Breitung Township Schools District Office at (906)779-2650.
