City of Iron Mountain issued the following announcement on Jan 11.
CODE OF ORDINANCES AMENDMENT
The City of Iron Mountain hereby ordains the following amendment to Chapter 14-Business, Article VI-Signs, Division 7-Signs Requiring Permit; Section 252-Special Condition Signs to allow a monument sign larger than 30 square feet on lots with a minimum of 150’ of street frontage.
Effective date: This Ordinance shall become effective in the City of Iron Mountain 30 days following adoption by the City Council.
