City of Midland issued the following announcement on Jan 14.
Due to increasing community-wide transmission rates of COVID-19, all in-person programs at the Library will be suspended until further notice. In addition, all “To Go” programs including crafts, story times, and kits will now be available by registration only. All registrants must pick up their materials on the day of the program. Materials will not be available after the day of the program.
Patrons can register online beginning 7 days prior to the program date on the Library calendar at gadml.librarycalendar.com, or by calling the Library Reference desk at 989-837-3449.
