City of Midland issued the following announcement on Feb 10.
The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library will be closed on Monday, February 21 for a staff training day. Normal hours will resume on Tuesday, February 22. For any questions or account assistance, please call 989-837-3430.
The Grace A. Dow Memorial Library is located at 1710 W. St. Andrews Rd and is a service of the City of Midland. For more information or to learn more about the Library, visit www.gadml.org.
