Bark River-Harris School District issued the following announcement on Mar 10.
Reading Month brought "Mystery Readers" to the classrooms. Mr. Lockwood read to Mrs. DuBois's 2nd grade. Here are a couple comments from the students:
Dae likes the way you share pictures after you read the page.
Lilli liked the way you spoke clearly and told us your real life stories about being a grandpa and phrases you heard as a kid.
Aria loved how you told stories about your grandchildren, that your grandson is like a bull in a china shop because he is big.
Landon likes the way you understand his math talk and gave him a complement.
Axel liked the way you played the math game with us!
Piper likes the way you don’t read too fast.
Eddie said you picked a funny book and sometimes you sounded like a character.
Keira never knew you wore glasses, but you don’t look too old.
Lucy liked how you noticed our Acts of Kindness tally and gave an act of kindness when you read to us and gave us a complement.
