Bark River-Harris School District issued the following announcement on Apr 7.
Sports Physicals 2022/23: Cedar Hill will be doing REQUIRED sports physicals for BR-H athletes on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 3:00 pm EST to 5:00 pm EST. Any athlete in 2022/23 (grades 7th through 12th) will be required to have on file a valid physical from 4/15/22 or after. Cost at Cedar Hills will be $5. You will be required to wear a mask and social distance.
Schedule is as follows (be patient):
3:00 pm to 3:40 pm: Last name A - J
3:40 pm to 4:20 pm: Last name K - O
4:20 pm to 5:00 pm: Last name P - Z
Forms are available by the door to the high school office and have also been passed out to athletes. Please have the Consent Page and the Medical History portion (1/2 page) completed and signed by parent and athlete prior to coming to physical.
