Walking hours on the seasonal section of Peter White Drive in Presque Isle Park will be extended until 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, to accommodate a Marquette Area Public Schools cross country meet. The gate allowing vehicle access to the loop will open at 6:00 p.m.
Officials have advised the public that increased congestion is expected in the park during the event.
