Vienna Charted Township recenltly issued the following announcement.
Winter 2020 tax bills have been mailed and should have been received by now. If you have not received your bill, please call the Treasurers Office to inquire. Keep in mind, if you have a mortgage company and your taxes are paid through them the bill may have been mailed directly to them.
On the recommendation of the MDHHS, our offices remain closed to in person visits, but our staff is still here to make sure we are serving our residents. If you would like to pay your bill in person, please utilize the drop box at the east entrance of the building. Receipts will be mailed upon request.
The Vienna Township Offices will be closed December 23rd, 24th, 30th and 31st for the holidays. Residents wishing to make their Winter 2020 tax payment by December 31st have the following options:
Mail payments to 3400 West Vienna Road, Clio, MI 48420. Payments received in the mail by January 4, 2021 will be posted as 2020. Place payments in the drop box at the East entrance of the building. Payments placed in the drop box by 8am on January 4th will be posted as 2020. Receipts for payments made through the drop box will be mailed upon request.
Make payment by cash or check (made payable to Vienna Township) at Independent Bank, 3500 West Vienna Road, Clio, MI 48420. Independent Bank will be closed beginning at 12pm on December 24th through December 25th and beginning at 3pm on December 31st through January 1st.
Online payments can be made at www.viennatwp.com. 2.75% processing fee applies for credit/debit card payments and $1.50 for ACH payments.
