City of Ironwood | Free CCO Credit
The City of Ironwood is anticipated to receive $30,000 in grant funding through the Michigan State Housing Development Authority Neighborhood Enhancement Program, to provide up to $15,000 per property to fund exterior rehabilitation of 2 owner-occupied single-family homes in the Douglas and Curry Neighborhoods.
To apply for funding, please fill out the application found on https://ironwoodmi.gov/community-development/ and submit with requested materials to ericksont@ironwoodmi.gov or mail to 213 S. Marquette St., Ironwood, MI, 49938.
Applications will be accepted until February 28, 2023.
