Couldn't do our job without this crew!

Ty

Iron River Police Department issued the following announcement on Jan 25.

Unfortunately, Iron County Central Dispatch was left out of the recent emergency services tribute in the Iron County Shopper’s Guide, so I would like to take a minute to personally thank all of our dispatchers and give them a little bit of the recognition they deserve. Although behind the scenes, dispatchers are the true first responders and are a critical part of emergency services. Dispatch answers 911 emergency calls as well as administrative calls in Iron County and dispatches law, fire and EMS. Our dispatchers work diligently 24/7 365 to keep our community and our first responders safe.
