NOTICE OF MEETING — City of Hancock Board of Review

The main function of this meeting is to assure the correctness of details posted to the assessment roll (MCL 211.29(3)). The July and Decemer Boards of Review meet to correct qualified eros, clerical errors and mutual mistakes of fact that have been verified by the assessor. The boards also have the authority to take action on the disables veterans exemption.
The Boards of Review may also consider appeals related to the Qualified Agricultural Property Exemption, Veterans Exemption, Poverty Exemption .
