SURVEY ALERT: We want to be a community of choice. A place where people feel welcome, safe, successful, healthy, and happy. A city that our residents rave about and our visitors leave saying “Man, I wanna live there!!!”.  We know we have big aspirations… which is why we need YOU to help us lay the foundation for what the best version of Midland looks like 10, 15, 20, and 30 years in the future!

We’re currently writing our next Master Plan, Midland City Modern, that will guide our strategic vision for the community over the next 30ish years – and we want to make sure it focuses on the topics our community needs to be all the things in the first paragraph. Here’s where you come in.

Visit www.cityofmidlandmi.gov/ecityhall by Wednesday, March 1 to participate, where you’ll find TWO options for survey participation. It’s like a “Choose Your Own Adventure” for public input!

• Have FOMO (fear of missing out) but only have a few minutes to spare? Take our short survey and rank a series of key topics in 10 minutes or less!

• Does community development keep you up at night and you love diving into the details? Take our longer survey and pretend to ‘spend’ our budget (ok, they’re dots, but you get the idea) on the things that matter most to you!

Both surveys are open to anyone who lives, works, plays, goes to school, or visits in Midland. Both surveys will help us prioritize the key focus areas of the City’s Master Plan and our vision for the next 30 years. Both surveys will make you feel warm and fuzzy inside after completing them and doing your civic duty to make Midland an exceptional place where everyone thrives.
