Census Bureau: 81.8% of people in Menominee County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 23,477 citizens living in Menominee County in 2021, 81.8% were old enough to vote, equating to 19,200 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 9,826 were male, constituting 51.2%, and 9,374 were female, making up 48.8%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Menominee County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 78.2%.
